25/11/08 - 30/12/08: 'Marmite Prize for Painting 2008', Studio 1.1

The 'Marmite Prize for Painting 2008', this year taking place in Studio 1.1 on Redchurch Street, will feature a painting by George Williams amongst other entries. The show runs from the 25th November until the 30th November 2008 (12 - 6p.m.), with the private view and prize giving taking place on Thursday the 27th November (6 - 9p.m.)

18/11/08 - 24/12/08: 'Christmas Show', The Art Shop & Gallery, Abergavenny

A selection of work by George Williams will feature in this years 'Christmas Show' at the Art Shop & Gallery in Abergavenny, running from the 18th November until the 24th December 2008. This is a mixed show, featuring some fantastic work by artists such as George Rowlett, Daniel Williams and Jazmin Velasco.

11/10/08 - 19/10/08: 'All This Time', The Crypt, St Pancras Church (NW1)

Some new work by George Williams will feature in The Vanity Show's 'All This Time' in The Crypt of St Pancras Church, Euston Road, NW1 2BA. The show runs for just over a week, from the 11th to the 19th of October 2008, with the Private view on Friday the 10th October, 6-9pm (all are welcome).

Sayshun Jay, an artist based in Bow, London, featured in the Bow Arts Trust Open Studios 2008. Jay's showpiece, a collection of work (including his own) from a selection of East London based artists, included a new painting by George Williams.
